I really like this book and the reason is Jude. Jude is a unique main character because she's pretty bitter being mortal in Faery. But she's a dark MC who is the "I'll burn the world down in revenge type." I love her. She's got grit.
Taryn, I hate her. She's the worst sister. That's all I'll say.
Vivi, I love her. She's a supportive sister. That's all I'll say there.
Madoc, I mean, he murdered their parents... In front of them. Kinda messed up, but Jude loves him in a weird way. He murdered her parents, but he took her in and fathered her.
Jude is definitely suffering from Stockholm syndrome.
Cardan, he's a jerk. I don't really have many thoughts on him at this point. I love how Jude finally gets her revenge on him. I also love how Jude uses him to protect her brother.
The kiss was hot.
Definitely recommend.
