Daughter of the Siren Queen is the sequel to Daughter of the Pirate King. The book follows the story of Alosa, a fierce and determined pirate captain, as she navigates the treacherous waters of the Siren Kingdom.

One of the things I loved most about this book was the strong and relatable main character, Alosa. She is a strong and independent woman who refuses to be defined by society's expectations of her. Her determination and unwavering spirit make her an inspiration to readers of all ages.

One of the standout elements of the book is the romance between Alosa and Riden. The chemistry between the two characters is palpable, and their relationship adds an emotional depth to the story. The author does a great job of building the romance believably and engagingly, making me root for the couple throughout the book.

The only thing I wish was that we got a sex scene, whether detailed or fade to black. I think it was odd that sex was mentioned so much but never happened.

The world-building in this novel is also impressive. The Siren Kingdom and the Pirate Kingdom are unique and fascinating places, filled with danger and adventure at every turn. The author did an excellent job of immersing me in the world, making it feel as if I was right there alongside Alosa as she fights for her place in the world.

I feel like her mom and her relationship went from 0 to 100.

The plot was fast-paced and kept me on the edge of my seat. The author masterfully weaves together action, romance, and political intrigue to create a story that is impossible to put down. Like I literally couldn’t stop reading until I got to the end.

Overall, Daughter of the Siren Queen is a fantastic read. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves action, adventure, and strong female characters.
