😈 Kingdom of the Feared -- Review 🌹

Rating: ✨4.5/5✨

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I'm so sad this series is over. I love how unique and fun the characters are. I feel like witches are really hard to write, but Kerri Maniscalco never disappoints. Emilia's story is wild, and her character development is so fascinating. She really grows into who she is supposed to be and Wrath is there to support her, no matter what path she chooses.

I will always recommend this series.

I'm so happy Kerri Maniscalo didn't fall into the losing power trope. I HATE that and will forever be annoyed that Aelin lost her power and I didn't want to feel that way here. So when Wrath shares his power and restores Emilia, I was 😭😭😭. I'm seriously so happy Emilia got her power, her sister, and her happily ever after.

Vittoria...I feel like I wish she was as bad as she was made out to be, but I'm happy she's going to work on House Vengeance. I get the feeling this isn't the last of this world from Kerri. I think we'll find out what happens to Claudia/Lucia. Does she choose to remember? Will Pride and Vittoria finally reconnect? I really think we're going to follow these characters in a spin-off.

Back to Emilia and Wrath...book 1 was YA, book 2 was NA, and book 3 ran right into an adult with the spice of each...not that I'm complaining. Kerri definitely teased us at the beginning of this book but delivered the spice throughout.

Anyway...I was shocked to find out Emilia was the goddess of Fury and I'm happy she continues to be terrifyingly badass. Hopefully, we'll see more of her in my suspected spinoff.
